What is The Jing Method™ of massage?
The Jing Method™ is a specialised, outcome-based clinical massage therapy developed in the UK using structured sessions that combine Western and Eastern techniques, such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue, acupressure points, stretching and mysofasial release.
This exciting outcome-based system is designed to help clients find real, lasting relief from a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues – from back pain and sciatica to frozen shoulder — while also supporting the management of systemic conditions such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and chronic stress.
